- Facade treatment or painting from 5 €/m²
- Landscaping
Depends on the site
- Assembly in Latvia within 120 km of our plant — free, beyond that 1.00 €/km
- Outside Latvia — by agreement
- Foundation type depends on the soil and terrain
- Access road for heavy vehicles
What does "ready-made log building" mean?
It is a log building we assemble on your foundation, with roof, floor, windows and doors. Utilities, interior finishing and foundations are not included in the model price — we offer them separately.
