We turn and prepare the logs in our plant in Valmiermuiža. Every part is marked to the project, checked and packed so that assembly on site goes without mistakes.

Yes, by agreement. Guide prices: pile ≈ 50 €/m², strip ≈ 100 €/m², slab ≈ 150 €/m² of footprint. The right type depends on the soil and the size of the building.
In Latvia, assembly within 120 km of our plant in Valmiermuiža is included in the price; beyond that 1.00 €/km. Outside Latvia the cost is agreed separately.
Yes. We have built standard models as well as log buildings to individual designs, for example a 140 m² house in Carnikava.
That depends on the size and use of the building and on the municipality's requirements. We clarify this for each project before preparing a quote.
It depends on the model, the season and the plant's workload. The date is given in the price quote.
That depends on insulation, heating and utilities. Tell us how you plan to use the building and we'll suggest a suitable solution.
A log building settles in its first years, so windows, doors and structures are built to allow for it. Maintenance and guarantee terms are agreed in the contract.
